take the 133/Laguna Canyon Road exit south to Pacific Coast Highway,
then turn LEFT on PCH, and we're approximately one mile south on PCH at
the southeast corner of Thalia and PCH. From the 5 north, take the 405 north towards Long Beach/Irvine, then follow the directions above 'from the 405'.
